  3. This new version of WINDOWS FOR FORTRAN has the following new procedures:

  5. 1) hidcur  :   Hides the Cursor.
  6. 2) shwcur  :   Restores the Cursor.
  7. 3) wchatt  :   Changes the attribute of a region in the current window.
  8. 4) chattr  :   Changes the attribute of a region in the screen.

  10. The file WINDOW.TXT has all the documentation.

  12. Also a bug was fixed which caused snow to exist even when access was set
  13. to no snow.
